What Drivers for Falcon Box

Hello

I have a Falcon Box installed an Win 10 64bit (AMD FX990 Phenom II) ... it works with the normal Setup, but the defender make trouble.

So I have install a new PC j3455 with Win 10 64bit and install the same way... maybe. But it does no working. Falcon Box 3.6 and 4.0 does not found the Falcon Box. Testet with USB2.0 Ports. The Same with Win 7 64bit on Laptop Core 2 Quad Intel 945M, with the Phenom does not working too now.

My question:

What Driver is for witch Device, so I can do this correctly. Because the driver a installed with setup, but Windows using the normal driver, TestMode is active.

or.

is the Box damaged?

So long...
