I have tried to install in multiple PC and get this error

I have disabled driver signature and still cannot detect.

I connect the box and have driver disabled, but keep on getting "The last device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it."

When I connect the box to the USB Cable I see a light inside the service cable turn red, but I never see the outside light blink at all. Is this normal ?
