lost | stolen | fraud imei will not work in the usa, this is due to the imei being blocked from network use

if you unlock the phone it will only be good for overseas | out of coutry | international use on there network

unpaid bill status will work on usa networks as well overseas | out of country | international use

the unlock does not unblacklist | unblock the phone from network again

the phone also cannot go back to sprint for service again, or its mvno, example boost | virgin

has to have been on a sprint account for more then 60 days at one time
has to have been activated
