SHP seems to be useful.. and would make working with sealed chips much easier.

But can you guys also provide CPU A8, A9 ect. Reballin solution ?

Because reballing it with just a regular stencil is a nightmare.

It would be very good if you guys add the reballing mould as well with the package.

At what temperature it sets for desoldering the A8 chip?

Reballing is much more easily i thinking :-) , got some reballing Stencil dedicate kit etc, and SHP already provided reballing works option let customer to use.

You can download the software and check. The temperature with factory settings and can be adjustment
