My reseller cant help me , irework is now only show message Authorization required!

send all information by e-mail, why the device immediately after connecting to fiREWORK iPOWER X V3.2 The full installer is blocked on the message Authorization required! and I can't use it anymore, is this a punishment for buying the device from another source?
My resseler say i have device directly from jovy systems not from mfcbox

Please explain to me are there two different devices looking the same? one from jovy-systems and the other from mfcbox, and why is my device dead now when connected to mfcbox.com software? Is my device a clone that is killed after communion with the server? Why does the product have built-in self-detection and cannot be trusted? Will it be deactivated if I buy another device, e.g. iPOWER X from the wrong seller?

We can explain you that iREWORK box from Jovy or from MFC TEAM are the same project ! and software are not kill the device ! all the device before activate by reseller have some life time. once end will ask Authorization required !if device are not activate will not able to update, that's it !

If not active could be those reason:

A, The device was stolen
B, The user did chargeback after received the device
C, The user did not pay

BTW, try to talking nice , maybe i will help you talking with them. but seems you don't need !

ok , cool down , can you help me activate the product or should i send it back to the seller? I am not angry with you, i just spent money on a product that does not work now, i do not want to give it back because it is good equipment but I'm afraid that it will happen with the next one from another seller. greetings

He bought a device from a well known Polish seller Hotair Robert Mazurek ( Stacje lutownicze bga, Jovy Systems Re-8500, ir-pro-sc v3, pasty lutownicze, myjki ultrad?wi?kowe, sprz?t lutowniczy, chemia dla elektroniki, ) and he is stuck. As I understand the seller purchased device not directly from You and the device was simply banned on the server due to problems with payment. Is that correct ? Perhaps the customer will have to sue the seller and next time buy only from authorized reseller.
Is it possible to unlock the device on the server after he pays You certain amount of money ?

Robert Mazurek already talked with me , he try to help the users, and he will talking with jovy regarding the issues.
