How do I install your drivers when windows 7 is forcing install of HID drivers? SHP is showing as keyboard HID device in device manager and I cant manage to install drivers from SHP folder in place of HID drivers.

SHP application sometimes loses control over SHP device when you click shutdown button, you have to close SHP application, kill it in task manager and then run new instance, I suspect this problem and firmware update problem comes from incorrect drivers.

Intra-process stay issue was a bug that's will be fix at next version. But once you press shutdown the box will be disconnecting that's maybe usb port issue. for the moment if have this issue, that's becos you open the program many times, Once you click one time just waiting that start :-)
