what mode and/or temperature on SHP?
And is it possible if CPU already resoldered without separation of RAM?

For A10 need 260 degrees, must be sure the PCB touch the JIG very good, if you still care about , then you can use air gun with same temperature hit a little bit on the top, in case of this you need do very fast, and i am sure other components will not effect at all.
