i have a problem with my irework not working, i barely used this item couple of times now it turns to a green light and no image on LCD . i have tried as recommended by customer support to update while holding green key but it give sme a hardware not recognized error.

i emailed you team but did not solve my issue. this product is very flawed

just not aceptable this braking after few uses
