Same problem here tried to install software i get an error, then i tried installing drivers manually and messing around, drivers installed ok but i try to run SHP_EN_106.exe i get error 0xc000007b

Try to using antivirus software scan your computer first

Are you from mfcbox staff ? Their support via email tells me to try another system but i've tried it just won't work

My os is in French not english and this is why the installation package won't run.. I need either a portable version or a fixed installer, this is frustrating i can't use the product

And i've tried a clean installed laptop as well same issue

Ok this is frustrating, installed a fresh VM with ENGLISH windows 10 x64, software installed ok but won't run

After clean install it works but gives errors with missing libusb files, but then after copying files from C:\SHP\Driver\SHPDrivers\amd64 to c:\SHP\ it still doesn't work, errors out error 0xc000007b

Grrrr. please fix your installer!

Still not working.. Same error, seemed like the exact same files

I was able to extract the files and install the drivers by the way, it's the EXE that won't run at all tested on 3 machines !

The pre-requisites were all installed also.

i confirm that installer get problem with:

- a not English version of windows ( check Administrator )
and
- normal mode driver installation

Well even when installed here on english OS, the app doesn't run at all. I really need this thing to work ! No solution yet from MFCBOX

A，unzip that to c:/shp folder
B, manually install the drivers

MicrosoftRedistributables (vcredist_x64 and vcredist_x86)
SHPDrivers by cilck InstallDriver

C, once box connected then Holding "bss" Key (this steps will automatic load related drivers)
D, Click main software of SHP will start to work

The key for the application to start is really to hold the BSS key on bootup, otherwise it never starts. Everything working ok for me now..
