Need help repairing Redmi 2 - GSM-Forum

My Redmi 2 is water damaged, I disassembled and reassembled and got the touchscreen working, but it is not charging when turned on, when turned off it gets stuck in charging loop.

Someone said there could be short circuiting in the charging circuit because of which it is happening like that, but when I checked the PCB, there was nothing much I can do, except connect and disconnect the cable, after each reassembly sometimes the touchscreen works sometimes the touchscreen doesn't work. I was also advised to wash the PCB in isopropyl alcohol, will this eliminate the problem?

i tried to format using MI FLASH TOOL. but still not working any other suggestion.
