Unhappy Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime headphone jack & earpiece speaker problem

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum. I need a solution very badly. Recently I made a amplifier, and unfortunately I plugged amplifier's output speaker line to my Redmi 4 Prime's headphone jack. After starting amplifer, my phone got reboot and earpiece speaker making so noise during call, and also when I plugged headphone, sometimes phone getting rebooted itself while plugging, and right speaker of headphone making only noise and getting hot! Also when I boost bass, headphone stopping any music playing sound. I disassembled my phone and check that the headphone jack port shown about 2V on multimeter, which might be abnormal. Now I can't talk without loudspeaker (because of noise). Guys, how can I solve this??? 😰😰😰😭😭😭

You should check the filters that are near the hands free jack of the phone that can be from a coils resistors, capacitors or even some IC. encapsulated silicon which are usually called filters Drivers
