Probably preloader tied with HWiD (different model, different HWiD),
or simply incompatible / missing FlashID in it.

Anyway ... go play with it ... Flash only system.img,
to change languages,...

Try newer (or older) spflashtools.
Change pc, check drivers, etc.

If still the same, i have no idea.
