now released QCN read/write.
you can use now even original factory qcn to repair network.

if you have problem = then follow manual. and write NVM.
post log tell result.
wait 2-3 minutes after 1st power on after nvm writing.

no idea about this phone. but as i remember...

no idea about this phone.
but as i remember this phone have signature and no way to fix network without original certificate.
