The Loader which is missing from public caused this phone remained in our drawers.LG company does not want to release for public only any insider has it and try to make some money via ebay etc.

Thumbs up After trying to root the phone it bricked and now...

After trying to root the phone it bricked and now it has corrupted bootloader so it is stuck in Qualcomm 9008 mode in device manager so it can not updated via any Lg Flasher before repairing firstly...
