U880 Unlock OK, but still locked

Just pressed the emergency call button and phone...

Just pressed the emergency call button and phone rebooted & works with the new sim, so now it's unlocked.

But have to press the emergency button everytime I restart the phone.

Hi,

Have unlocked other U880 without any problems, but this one isn't working.
After unlock it says SIM Blocked, (it's not the NVM & Network problem).

Any ideas?
