svh e250l imei problem [UNLOCK / IMEI NOT SUPPORTED]

first root device than do spt mode ok imei 00000000 but after this cant rewreite the imei nothing happens : Total Time: 0.0 s

was avast but i used with avast all the tine not...

was avast but i used with avast all the tine not about the virus program disable and delete it then uninstall mx and delete all folders manually after install fresh mx but problem still going on

because when plug the phone there is no comport only mass storage

open phone & Connect RX-TX on board & Do write imei (ATmode)
