| Do anyone is reverse engineering the phone firmwares or do anyone know a site where there is a discussion about it? I've figured out lot of things but still a few things still are not clear.
I've managed to write a program that can extract the full language table (reflist.txt) from a firmware (so far I've 4 phone firmwares (MT6226): two unicode and two non unicode).
I also have some idea how to put an edited reflist.txt into a firmware bin (or in other words hot to edit languages of a binary mtk phone firmware) even if there is originally not enough space. Soon I'll have my infinity box and some chineese phone for testing my tool.
Anyone know a place where I can download different mtk phone firmwares? |
