Try to put lcd on liquid qualed white spirite or mechanic loca removing and wait 15min then do this with any screen protector plastic. Gpod luck

1-remove glass = 10 min
2-remove glue and clean = 1 hour
3-put glue and new glass = 12 min
4-uv lamp and finally cleaning = 30 min
