nokia x2-01 when call come phone go off


hello my all senior


I faced this problem in x2-01 many time but I can't get the solution for this if somebody have 100% solution plz share it.

the prblm is that for example when somebody call on the num that is in x2-01. When ringing start Sametime phone goes off but the other side who calling he realizing that fone is still on and ringing. But this side fone is off.

I tried with flashing and change the ear piece and ringer and change the ic fr ringer and ear piece already.... But result is Same. is anyone have solution fr this
