Huawei phone app problem

In the last weeks I received few Huawei phones all with same problem.
Different models and years, a little old ones.
The problem.
You can access phone dialer, contacts and make a call.
Once call started you get black screen.
When incoming call with phone inactive it wakes up to black screen, on some models there are lower soft buttons (back, home, opened apps)
Sometimes after a while get message that phone isn't responding and choose to wait or close app.
When incoming call with phone active there is no phone app screen just some notification that you have incoming call but unresponsive buttons to reject or answer.

What I tried
Reset app, clear data, factory reset on some, firmware update on some when was available.
But problem persist.
As a fix I installed and set as default other dialer and for the moment problem solved.

Dear member,

I see in your post that you have not maintained any phone model name / number.
Basically most phone OS based on upgraded firmware depends on improving the phone operating system.
This may be the reason why you are facing problems.

Don't remember previous models.
But last one was VTR-L29 P10
I find out that I'm not the only one facing this problem.
