That's a problem in 6230i firmware, maybe will be fixed in new versions?

FDT is present, but incoming and outgoing calls not possible, after try to make a call, call is dropped and display shows "Network bussy". And if make a GPRS connection 1 min after this appear a message "Connection ended" and finished.

I'm afraid you'd have to go talk to Nokia to get that fixed.

Can't see how getting "Network busy" would have to do with flashing your phone. Anyway, did you reset UI settings after flashing?
