Member: 1065001 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | The best way is to remove the INTERNAL battery (3 Volts clip battery like CR2030 model) for 30 seconds and re-put it again. Otherwise you can try to call Toshiba customers support and ask for an alternative method. |

Member: 22284 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 81 | I tried but nothing happens ,any link, I bought this laptop at one of the Pawn shops when I travelled on a holiday in south Africa.I did not know it had the supervisor password until when I put the neww hard disk to upgrade it |
