Member: 2391054 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Samsung Galaxy W GT-i8150 no *#9090# I am trying to unlock GT-i8150, i am following the steps, but when I insert the code *#9090* nothing happens on the phone. Any ideas? |

I have Windows XP Service Pack 3 I Installed SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones The phone is Samsung Galaxy W (GT-i8150) with 2.3.6 Android I'm using the original usb cable that came with the phone When I click "direct unlock", it shows "failed to read data" |

USB UNLOCK Special Instructions: 1: First go to Menu - Settings-> Applications-> Development - ( switch on ) USB debugging ON (only for Android phones, not for windows mobile) 2: Type *#7284# then choose USB > Modem (or USB > Phone) 3: Type: *#1575# click back, then option 4 and enable usb_diag 4: Restart your phone now ! 5: Connect Phone and Install drivers 6: Press Direct Unlock or Read Codes The code *#9090# doesnt work on this model, instead use *#1575#, and where it's written "click back", its for using "option" key and then click "back". |
