To reset through adb it need to be rooted and erase correct partition.

But you will need ROMs with persistent ADB enabled.

I have already added Samsung, Huawei, HTC and Motorola FRP unlock through ADB and Fastboot without Root in my upcoming Tool [ Uni-Android Tool ] ... ...........

Motorola and HTC only need a simple command and not need root, maybe I dont know good one for samsung in adb.

Yes dear, but in download mode not adb. I don't know a way for samsung in adb without root but it don't mean doesn't exist one.

Read pit modify it then write for samsung phones
Any one can post sniff data of the operation with z3x or miracle
.it is easy to made free tool.
