Check if under device manager / disk drives, you have some new disk drive,
And, if so - just use some partitioning software (ie: minitool partition wizard),
delete first (or 1st + 2nd + 3rd ) partition.
Disconnect from cable, reboot phone - it will go into port9008
Then - simply re-flash it.

Don't fully format device - you will end with no imei / baseband etc.

Try with area marked in red, short first two from down to up, insert usb cable,
if nothing try other combinations (lower one + gnd, next two, etc.).

Or ... have you tried with EDL cable ?
(normal usb cable, with shorted green + black wire - then inserted into phone)

After that "Qualcomm HS-USB QDloader 9008" port appear, and you can flash it qith QFIL.
(Or other QCom flashing tool of your choice)

So, disassemble phone, take off back cover, and looking from back,
from right to left, there is SIM2 slot, left to it SDCard slot, and left from it
there is small IC, and a bit upper from it is TP7 and TP9.

Check attached picture.

Don't be lazy, and try that red-marked area test-points.

Try some of these ...

second picture is other side of the board.
market TP's need to be shorted to GND.

first connect cable, and measure if some point
does have voltage 3.3v or more, if yes, don't short it to GND, it's 100% not TP.

test and post results.
