You can use Optiflash 3.6 with E71x, P720 platform.

I aded regions from 2000-3fff,and 8000-dfff,erase all unused ,and waiting to finish flashing ( hope the best )
trying to flash with E300xeec1.s3 found on rusian site, ( found also E300Fxeee1.s3 -dont know what is deffrent

YES, I DID'it ! AND this file have Croatian LG pack ! I'm happy !
