Red face Hams, I need your help!

I think I really need your opinion over this matter:
My brother bought UFS Tornado box in GFI-Sales in Hongkong, sometime of December 2006. (GFI-Sales Team is also a member of this forum.)
They convinced us that the box is authenticated/original.
But, HOW THEY COULDN"T GIVE US AN ACCOUNT FOR THE SUPPORT SITE OF UFS?
If they are authorized dealer/reseller...or whatever. It is their responsibility to give us the support...and WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE THAT SUPPORT!

Man u can find many free support sites.Just use search.

We dont find GFI-Sales in official reseller list, please contact them.

@all
Before buying speak to your reseller where(which support site) will they give support access.

bad service

i bought ufs3 toronado box from sim sim dubai
i registed with them and only 3 months they active my account
i send mail to active it but still i m waiting for activation

Follow the correct procedure and should be activated within hrs.
If bought from SimSim Dubai, send a mail with Registered Login and SimSim invoice number.
