man read all thread if you want be informed abouit microbox you must you have forget your password for sure 5 to 10 times per day i active customer from data base if login error you have forget your detaisl send me by pm your sn i will delete your account than you make new one

Please add two more steps in addition to this

First that the serial checking EXE file should be in folder of drivers, otherwise in some cases it does not work as it looks for supportive file from same destiation folder.

second is if box is not connecting after this do this method

Go to device manager.
click on + with PORTS
Double click on AVL VT port
after installation with normal driver procedure, It will come under ports section.

1. Double click on allocated Port
2. Go to Drivers and select UPDATE driver. select YES THIS TIME ONLY
3. Choose "Install from List or specific Location". click NEXT
4. select "Don't search I will select the dirver to Install" and click NEXT
5. Now click on "SHOW COMPATIBLE DRIVER" and then Click "HAVE DISK"
6. NOW BROWSE to the folder where the orignaly drivers are present. Now you will see MICROBOX under the models.. select and next next next

there you go job done.

Hi i am having problems registering, id reader keep's on saying box not found ive tried changeing ports i have tried another computer i have reinstalled the driver from the right folder dont know what else to do need to get this box registered there is no id on the box so can even email support so they can activate for me, please help

You can try to login mate.. Sometimes Email Verification can be late..
