Hi Mates

Please Help me to download the original Germany Rom for ELF0300 CID Locked to T-MOB101, bcoz it was bricked by me and starts only on boot mode only, i am not able to recover it.

I have the same problem. Guys, please help us! I really don't know what to do with it... I don't even know, whether my Elf is CID unlocked or not. How to get this info?

Before you flash with any other ROM, must unlock CID First.

if you bought it form any operator, your device came with CID Locked.

no problem, if its CID Locked, you can unlock Carrier ID Easily.

Yes, it's CID locked, and I don't know how to unlock it. The OS can not boot. I can only access bootloader and it shows only IPL and SPL versions. There's no sign RUU (in the upper right corner of the display). Only USB sign comes on, when I connect it to my PC. ActiveSync does not work, it can not find a device. ... and, the link does not work as well:

What can I do in this situation? Please, give me some advise... I'm lost here...

SPL is 2.81 too

Ok, well its risky flash.an original rom is must.
because you can't make USPL process from bootloader mode, the only way its find your original rom (NOT DUMPED ROM).

find ur original rom and flash it .then only ur elf will wakeup.

after that cid unlock it,and flash any rom u wanted

Hmm, maybe an official tmo dutch rom for the elf:
ROM-Version: 2.26.114.3 NL
Funkempfänger: 03.08.90

This is a ROM that can potentially overwrite and/or unbrick a device with an original (non-patched) SPL. It has a wildcard for Model ID (ELF0*****) and CID (11111111).
I have tested it with an original CID-locked SPL and it overwrote it and flashed a new generic HTC ROM with the following:
* IPL 2.11.1002
* SPL 2.11.1000 MFG
* ROM version: 2.11.0. WWE
* ROM date: 08/14/07
* Radio: 02.98.90
* CE OS 5.2.1620 (Build 18125.0.4.2)

Here are the steps to make it work:
1. Download this ROM from the link above
2. Rename the file to ELF0IMG.nbh (that's a zero, not an 'oh')
3. Format your microSD to FAT32 and then copy ELF0IMG.nbh to it
4. Put the card into your bricked Elf.
5. Start your bricked Elf in bootloader mode (hold down camera button and reset)
6. Device should start flashing the test-only ROM
7. NOTE: If the device flashed successfully but is now stuck at the new boot screen, you are still ok. Now you can flash ANY shipped ROM at the bootloader (if you have an Elfin, flash only an Elfin shipped ROM) and your device will be running again.
8. NOTE: If the flashing from SD doesn't work, then you might be able to flash it from the ROMUpdateUtility.exe on your PC. Just put the unbricker NBH file in the RUU directory and remove any other NBH files in there before you run it.
