This happens when you remove the battery without switching the phone off before. Simply press 1 and everything should be ok.

You flashed with a protected flash, use unprotected flash.

Hi. This three options was hide by Mitsu programmers for debugging the firmwares. Wellknown balu_dark unhide it by patching flashes. If you remove the battery when Eclipse with this paatched flash inside is working, phone will show you:
Info=13
1 -> repair
2 -> format
3 -> dump

Press 1 if you want to save a phonebook, melodies and puctures.
Press 2 if you want to format file system.
Press 3 if you want to save content of EEPROM from the phone. To save dump you need run terminal (btw Windows' Hiperterminal).

Hi there!

My Eclipse has some other problems like these. I flashed the XL firmware on my phone. But since them, the phone hangs often up and activates the PFO (I can hear the sound out of the speakers). The display shows the normal standby pic and something with "memory protection" like this:

"Memory Protection
Task=LCD_CAL
PC=324b324bh
Ad=18d10042h
Lr=48104810h
St=48104810h"

Mostly when the battery is low charged and while phoning with the low charged battery.

What can be the cause of this problem? Might the small intern battery be empty? I have tools for opening the phone (selfmade tools ) I also need working flashfiles for the eclipse (including a German language).

With the previous firmware, the mobile formated often the memory on starting up.

I've got an flasher for COM-port and the Trium IPL 2.9 flasher.

Best regards from germany
