I want to confirm that if you change te firmware the phone will be locked again, because the unlocked firmware that comes in c55unlock.rar is patched in a way that the firmware itself doesn't read the eeprom to verify if the phone code is locked or no (like a patch for bypassing conditionnal jumps in cracking protected softs), so there is only one way to have the language you want is to see the right firmware version (because there are at least 3 or 4 subversion in v14 firmware) and to write the correct language area, so please if anyone have an unloocked phone (I mean unlocked with this partial solution) and have a workin language pack with it, please give to all.

Well, it worked for me too. My first c55 was version 10. I upgraded to 14, then read fullflash, language, and eeprom. I've uploaded patched flash to phone, then language. I have lg01 and lg04.

My friends why i can read all in C55 whit Wizard language,full flash chip, firmware, but when i try to write the program stop at 1% and i have use CTRL+ALT+CANC for exit?. I use Win98se and all programs work perfectly.

can anybody tell me where can i find a picture with testpoint and the resistance?and how do i unlock the phone with this program?i must flash the phone to unlock it?

Hi all !
-easy dowgrade from c55-18 to c55-14 with c55 winswup ! ( must solder resistor ) : phone in power on - run winswup , soft auto test phone , and ask u agree dowgrade ? click yes - your phone will switch to flash mode ! and waiting for finish flashing !
- i have problem : my phone unlock ok ! but after update to C55-1807 my phone become relock ! how to update language after unlock by partial ? or some one have c55- ver18 unlock partial ?

i made cable, removed resistor, then when i try to read eeprom area, phone sends main boot then nothing,
what is the mistake

hi pplz ,

i m also facing same problem ,when ''read '' is pressed
it says ''scanning then sending boot'' and nothing .

i have removed the resistence.
