Q200 Repair problem - GSM-Forum

I have one Q200 with dead eeprom (only blink when press power button). I read full flash (0x00000000-0x003FFFFF) using Optiflash 3.5.0.2 software from working phone and upload to dead - problem still the same. Optiflash detect one flash 4megabytes:

4:12:26 PM 0xb0/0x00e1: Sharp LRS1337 (4096 KB (4194304 Bytes) in 78 sectors)

Q200 service manual : 2 Flash chips 32*1 and 16*1

Can anyone tell me 1 or 2 flash chips in Q200 and how read/write eerpom

I open Q200 and found 2 flash chips:
1. Sharp LRS1337T - 32 megabit
2. Atmel 49BV1604A - 16 megabit

I think EEPROM zone in Atmel flash. How can i read/write this flash ?

Wow ! I can flash second flash but need correct flash file. Anyone have it ?
