wallpapers in sagem x6..???

hello
i have big problem with wallpaper in my sagem x6
u downloaded via irda to phone new wwallpepers to folder My Picture and i would like to use this picture as a wallpaper but i can't.. why?? i don't have option USE AS in folder My pictures but in user guide is this option.
in My photos i have this option USE AS
in My Sounds i have this option USE AS
in My pictures i don't have this option USE AS

why why why
where is mistake??
in phone ??
in user guide??
or in my downloading via irda to phone pictures??

i can change wallpaper in SETTINGS/LOOK'N FELL/WALLPAPAER
there i can use original phone picture as a wallpaper or go to folder MY photos (only my photos) and use photo to wallpaper but where can i find my picture


help me please
