I have a Simlock problem.
And i can't use SIMUnLocker.zip becaused i don't know how to get Hex number from australian provider.

It's easy...

Find somewhere Alcatel service software for HD1, then follow instructions from them...
You must build a cable, too...
when You establish connect, find in EEPROM 176-177h address, and change that what You get to FFFF. Turn off phone, put Your SIM card and try - that's it !
Ask if You have some problems...

If it's alcatel one touch easy, why asking about network code?
It must be Term Code or Network key.

Cyber, look...
Try to put 0000, no FFFF...
FFFF is for v13 and above...
Below v13 (v12), You must put 0000...
Version on You phone You can see by typing
