Post Alcatel OTC plus new solution

Someone wrote that to remove SP lock from Alcatel OTC+ you have to:
- set to 0 location 0ch
but does it mean from all Oc0 to 0cF or something else?

0Ch is 00Ch, so only one address (between 00B and 00D) .
Anyway, this solution is working only on older versions.

I have tried already this but it doesn't work, so I think it's a newer type of phone.

Please help me with new Alcatel OTC+
My software version is V300.
Solution for older OTC+ not work.
