Problems with Belkin USB Dongle

Hello,

I bought my brother a Belkin USB Bluetooth dongle so he could interact with his PC via his Nokia 3650.

I went to install it and for some reason it will not load the drivers. I have even formatted the system (It was fresh practically anyway) because i made a mistake of pluggin in the dongle first before installing the software.

Basically, after I have installed the software and plugged in the USB Dongle, it is found and then there is new hardware found a "Composite USB Device". I tick specify a loacation and direct it to "C:\Program Files\belkin\Bluetooth Software\bin" like it says in the manual, but it just will not find the drivers.

I have tried this and am at the end of my teather with it. I am a complete newbie when it comes to this. I would be so greatful if someone can give me a download or a guide on how to get this blasted thing to work.

The Bluetooth adater in question is the F8T003_V1 and the Operating system is 98SE.

Thank you in Advance.

P.S. I have been using google and tried some MSI software but that also didn;t allow the drivers to be found.
