Please help me with Hawking's usb adapter!!! - GSM-Forum

Hello to everyone. I'm new for bluetooth, and recently bought a Hawkin's bluetooth usb adapter to connect with a ericsson t39 movil and a sony clie tg50 pda, my problem is:

1) Initially my computer doesn't recognizes easily my dongle (using software 1.3.27 from widcomm) but finally I did it after trying and trying, but everytime I turn off the pc I have to try and try again

2) Once the machine recognized the adapter, when I try to search my bluetooth devices (the pda and the movil) inmediatly seems like the dongle were unplugged or disconnected.

Help me plesase, what can i do solve both problems? Thanks a lot in advance!
