Help on BT error message please. - GSM-Forum

Can anybody help please.

I tried to install the latest Widcomm Bluetooth drivers for my USB dongle (Ver 1.4.2.18) but it came up with an error message "Incorrect License Type". OK I thought I will un-install these and re-install the previous version that worked OK (after a fashion).

Anyway whatever I do now I get the message "Incorrect license Type".

I have uninstalled software, removed the BT device from Control Panel/System/Hardware and then rebooted and reinstalled and all this several times and in several different orders. Nothing works.

Does anybody know what's wrong and how I can solve it please?

I am running Win 2000 Pro on a laptop.
