Transfering java games into X-600??

I want to know that is there any possible way tou transfer java games into my X600, ?? because a few threads back i have read it some user posting that this problem has been already solved by the russian fans, so if any one of you knows how to do please share, !!
and how do i insert a file that has .cfg extension in to my mobile, i downloaded one file like that, rather a one packed file that has a .cfg file and .tfs file, and the person who posted it said in the forum, in this forum that it has 11 java games. so please tell me how do i insert it into my phone thanksss...
