Unhappy MS Dongle can't recognize mouse

I've bought and used the mouse for almost 2 months without any problems and today all of a sudden it stopped working. I tried looking for the mouse through the bluetooth setup wizard but it can't discover the mouse. I am using widcomm CSR 1.4.2.10, anyone knows what can be the problem and how to fix it?

I kind of suspected that too, but I tried to use my T68i to search for the mouse and I was able to find it. So I don't really know what's wrong. The next approach I am going to take is to remove all the drivers and start it from scratch, but I wanna see if there's a solution before going through all that.

I tried to use my NiMH today and it worked!
So I guess it was really out of battery. I am just surprised that the batteries didn't really last that long, may be I should invest on another set of 4 NiMH

Most people I have talked too [and I] have found battery life on a set of rechargables is about 1-2weeks
