why can't my phone send to my comp? - GSM-Forum

i have a T616 and when i go to pictures, select a picture, select send, via bluetooth to my comp it says bluetooth connection failed, i have my comp with discovery on....... i even changed it to say that only my T616 can acess my comp but still nothing.... i have the belkin dongle with the newest widcomm drivers everything else works perfect except this?
