Can ANYONE unlock 8110s??? - GSM-Forum

Hi,
One thing I've noticed is that there is almost no s/w available for removing SP locks from 21xx/3110/81xx's. Why? I know about Winlock (could never get it to unlock anything though, it locks them ok!) and the SP code generator program that comes under various names (DOESN'T work with 81xx though it's supposed to work with 3110s - haven't tried one yet). But nothing else. Am I looking in the wrong places??? All info appreciated.

Hi,
Well, I've got no phone in particular that needs unlocking. I do work in the mobile industry though and have had on occasion needed to unlock these handsets but have been unable to. Nowadays, we see very few of them but it would be nice to be able to unlock them.
