How to open lock4 in 3110??? - GSM-Forum

I have a program that ask me for the "IMSI specific part" to get the lockcode 4. Anybody knows whic is this number? The phone is from Spain Airtel.

I am sorry, I do not know the answer to your question....but I wonder if you could help me......I need some/any software to work with the 3110/8110. Please mail me software...I need desperately.
