Do you know how to unlock the losck 4 of 3110 via cable?

It's easy. Just download:
http://www.multicentro.com/movilhome...anteriores.zip

unzip : splnokia.exe
and run the program.

For Airtel phones, enter 214-01 in Service Provider Code; for Movistar ones, enter 214-07.

Be careful and respect syntaxis when typing IMEI:

XXXXXX-XX-XXXXXX-X

if you do not put the "-" program will not work.

After all that, a menu will appear: select option "4" and program will give you the sequence to type in the phone.

-you don't need cable this way, it's not usual to find phones that do not accept these codes-.
