Communucation error

I have a problem with Blazer when i want to unlock a c1200.
The box worked fine but now i have always communucation error.
I tryed al versions and use XP and Win 98sec but always the communucation error.
When i power up phone with the soft phone is on for 2 sec than off.
I opened the cable and connector to check the wires but seems ok.

What else can i do to check what the problem is?

Maybe your cable is damaged some how, as you said box work okay before. to make sure it is a cable problem, it is the best to try make another phone and to check it.

The problem is in the rj45 connector in the box.
I change the connector and now all is working fine.
