Emblaze M5

I have an emblaze m5. It runs Windows CE .NET 4.1. It has 2 processors (1 for multimedia aplications; it supports 3D like N-gage) Unfortunately, I have a few problems. I've got an IRDA and so does the mobile phone. I'm trying to send the java file, but it's no good. I've tried to send .jpg,.mid and it worked (the .jpeg file was sent to my album and the .mid to my sounds). Therefore, I have three questions:
1.I can't find any file explorer.I've found the Media Player and it plays mp3,mp4 and 3gp files.But unfortunately, i can't find a file explorer. So, do you know where could I find a java file explorer ?(preferably, downloadable through wap, because I have problems sending it over Irda ).
2. The problem with java over IRDA?Any answers? My manual says something about an application "Entertainment Management". Can't find it. I've tried Active Sync from Microsoft. Doesn't work.
3.If someone knows what other files this kind of mobile phones run (.exe, .app) or for what OS should I download (Pocket PC/SmartPhone)? If can't do that, how can I change my OS using my PC and IRDA?

P.P.S: I've sent e-mails to Microsoft Romania and Emblaze Romania. Microsoft doesn't offer support and Emblaze said to go to Microsoft.
