Virtual Bluetooth Serial Port - Why can't I?

Hi, I am using a 7610 V.4.0421.4 and a Epox bluetooth dongle (300 mt ranged). Trying to establish a virtual bluetooth serial port in my phone in order to create a serial port connection between PC and phone I receive a msg "your phone does not support bluetooth serial port" so is there a chance to overcome this problem? People I read on forums are doing this in order to use their phones as webcam. Upgrading my phone's version could solve it? I also cannot establish a network connection either.. Need help
