UK people-help, please

I got a phone from Virgin mobile looks simliar to motorola v220 but it's called "Micro Snapper". I can't find any information how to unlock it. Tell me please what's that phone and how to unlock it, please.

Its still a relatively new phone. It was only release in November and TBH I haven't seen many of them. They do however feel a bit cheaper and poor quality compared to some other phones namely Samsung and even Sagem phones.

However, my friend at Virgin says they have had an average failure rate, which would compare equally with any of the other known brands, with the exception of Siemens and Sony Ericsson phones (who have a high return rating).

What does average failure rate mean does that mean alot of things go wrong with them?

It refers to the volume of phones returned to Virgin as faulty - its basically the same amount as other more well known makes, with the exception of the 2 above makes

Its just a basic flip colour camera phone, nothing out of the ordinary. If I remember right the tones are OK, camera is OK, screen is only 4096 colours.

The main bonus is you get it for a shade under £90 with £30 of call time, so go figure brand new colour camera flip for £60 Shame it can't be unlocked yet
