where I can fiind software for unlock Benq phone : 660x, M300.

I see 2 free software for Benq phone but I can't unlock with this software.

It looks like you so young if you are absolutely sure that free/cracked software can unlock any phone w/o any problems.
Mr. Mrfixit told you about tested solution, but you asked "why".
For your "why" exist only one answer: "because".

Also, don't be so lazy and use "SEARCH" button. Really, it's best choice in your situation.

Do you need any other advice or above info already enough for you ?
