i have one t230 self power on whene put in charger and key pad not working!

Hello, I have a P900 with not working screen lights here.

Already tried to resolder the display connector but nothing, the display work fine with lights on another pbc.

Unfortunately i don't have the service manual of this phone ;(

Any help?
